Subscription Cancellation
Users who have purchased a Codewars Red subscription can cancel their subscription at any time. To cancel the subscription, users can access their account settings on the Codewars platform and follow the cancellation instructions provided. Once the subscription is cancelled, it will not renew for the next billing cycle, and the user will retain access to Codewars Red features until the current subscription period expires.
Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the original purchase date to request a full refund. Refund requests made beyond this period will only be eligible for a partial refund. If you believe the laws of your jurisdiction require an exception, please submit your account for review. The decision of whether to grant a refund or not will be at the sole discretion of Codewars.

We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request and let you know if you are eligible for a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
If the subscription is purchased in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or refund your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Modifications to the Returns Policy
Andela reserves the right to modify this returns policy for Codewars Red subscriptions without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any updates.
